Nancy earned recognition through the National Speakers Association as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a rigorous process that only 12% of speakers worldwide achieve. She has presented to thousands of people, both large and small audiences, in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Manilla, Philippines. Nancy focuses on accountability and results in her speaking, training, and consulting services, engaging clients who are ready and willing to enhance performance. She is a Past President of the North Texas Chapter of the National Speakers Association, a certified Coach of Leaders, achieved her Human Performance Technology certificate, and served as a Quality Texas Foundation Examiner for several years assessing organizations’ performance excellence. Nancy’s experience and certifications make her the go-to person for creating positive accountability cultures.

EXPERIENCE
Nancy served in key leadership positions at the municipal, county, regional and state levels of government. Nancy’s background and leadership experience as a Managing Director with the city of Irving, Texas, and Chief Performance Officer and Deputy City Manager with the city of El Paso, Texas, allowed her to develop a clear focus on accountability and personal responsibility at every level of organizations. She served as the Organizational Champion in two cities for Lean Six Sigma process improvement initiatives that saved millions of dollars. At the Governor’s Center for Management Development in Austin, Texas, Nancy facilitated strategic planning and organizational development processes for state leaders to enhance operational effectiveness. With the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, she served as the Director of Management Consultants evaluating state funded programs for effectiveness and results, and later served as Director of Training for 3,500 community supervision and corrections officers statewide.
